Premier’s business is governed by the Privacy Act 1988, Premier’s own policies and procedures, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is designed to ensure that your personal information is protected.
What Information do we collect and how do we use it
When you book coach travel or tours with us we need to know your:
- name;
- address;
- contact numbers;
- email address;
In addition, we may require other information from/about you, including but not limited to;
your gender for seat allocation purposes.
If you elect to pay for our services via credit cards we need to know your card details such as:
- type of card;
- card number;
- credit card verification number (“cvn”);
- expiry dates; and
- name of card-holder.
We also use the information we collect for purposes other than those specified above if:
you would reasonably expect us to use the personal information for that other purpose, and
that other purpose is related to the purposes specified above, for example, to enable us to contact you about:
- changes to service times, itineraries or fares;
- credit card authorisation difficulties.
If we wish to use any of your personal information for any other purpose other than those specified above, we will not do so unless we have your express consent to do so.
However, there are specific circumstances where we are allowed to, for example:
where there are reasonable grounds to believe that disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat to life or health;

Credit card information is among the most sensitive and important data that we collect. Premier Roadlines Pty Ltd operates secure servers to minimise the risk of unauthorised use of such information. Credit card information that is transmitted via our secure servers is encrypted in accordance with the highest standards. For obvious reasons, please do not send credit card information through unsecured electronic mail.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Website so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
